Bann stars are in top gear to claim monthly awards

Banbridge Hockey Club Player of the Month awards, sponsored by David Prentice, Portadown, have been announced for October and November.

October Players of the Month are Heather Marriott and Stephen Dowds and November Players are Megan McKenna and Sam Farson.

Congratulating the players, BHC President Sheree Totton said: “We would like to again thank David Prentice, Portadown for their generous club sponsorship package which includes support for awarding ‘Player of the Month’ awards to two players, a male and female, each month during the hockey season.

“The awards are selected by our coaches and Senior Hockey Committee. We hope that these awards will inspire all our players across all our teams to work hard to be selected for future presentations.”
