Billy clings on to claim the only win for Dromore against victorious Vady
Billy Clinghan came up with the only Dromore win, but all the games were closely fought.
Houston’s win not enough
Ian Houston was the only Dromore B winner but it was not enough against Banbridge B, who won by 94-68 in the first round of the IBA Junior Cup at Holm Park.

Down 3-13 at the tenth and 6-19 at 15 ends Ken Aiken lost by 21 shots.
At the tenth, Sammy Malcolmson was 12-13 down but 18-16 ahead at 15 ends before losing by six shots.
Down 8-10 at the tenth and 13-14 at 15 ends Alan Sudlow lost by six shots.
