Brian’s a banker for success in the Easter Holiday Medal competition

There have been five 18 holes competitions so far this season.

Four of them have been won with 44 points and the other one was won with 43 points. That shows you all the standard you have to aim for.

The latest 18 holes competition was the Bank Holiday Medal last Monday.

Brian Knox was in scintillating form. The 20 handicapper went round in 81 shots, 12 over par and that gave him a winning score of 44 stableford points. Brian was a full three points clear of the field after his dominant display.

1st- Brian Knox (20) 44 points.

2nd- Mark Carson (14) 41 points.

3rd- Mark McCoy (6) 41 points.

Best Gross: Connor Doran (+1) 65.

Best Senior: Billy Clarke (17) 40 points.
