l The U12 footballers were defeated by one goal on Wednesday evening in Holywood against a mature St. Paul’s team. It was an entertaining game of football with both teams showing some good skill. With some luck Liatroim should be fit to reverse this defeat at Fontenoy Park.

l Congratulations to the U14 camogie squad who were crowned Down Feile Camgaochta champions on Saturday last in Castlewellan. The club wishes them well as they go forward to represent Down in the All-Ireland Feile in Co. an Chlir in June.

There will be a special meeting for all parents of the U14 camogie team on Tuesday May 4 in Fontenoy Hall at 7pm. It is important that all parents of camogie girls intending to travel to the Feile attend this meeting. It is hoped that fund raising events can be discussed and organised.
