Cormac claims victory in men’s sprint at Ballyronan

Cormac McGarry from Ballycastle receives his prize following his victory in the mens sprint race category at the Lough Neagh Tri-athlon.

The popular event, held in Ballyronan, took place on Saturday 16th August attracting over 300 competitors from across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Cormac said, “I am delighted to have won the Lough Neagh Triathlon. I would like to thank the event organisers and sponsors for such a great experience.

“As a triathlete I put my body through intense training on a regular basis and it is vital that I replenish my energy levels healthily.
