David Toney, senior coach at the Dojo, says: “The ethos of the centre is to get everyone involved, no matter what age or fitness level.

“Anyone who comes along can take it at their own pace whether that’s slow or fast we will guide them through it.

“Several of our Martial Art Coaches will be working in on the sessions and will be only too happy to help,” added David.

Anyone who catches the bug after trying it out, can start one of their programmes in September at a reduced cost.

Details of all class times are on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Thedojo.WJJ

The Dojo was officially opened recently by Mayor of Mid and East Antrim Council, Billy Ashe.
