Cricket: Ireland to play Scotland today

Following the abandonment of Ireland’s T20 International at Bready last night due to persistent rain, an extra fixture has be added to the current series - the two sides will now meet this afternoon, at 3.30pm at the same venue.

The decision to schedule the extra fixture was taken by both boards with the approval of the ICC and match referee.

Sunday’s fixture will commence as scheduled with the series now becoming a four match series.

Ticket holders who purchased their tickets for this evening through Ticketmaster will automatically be issued with a refund, while spectators who purchased their tickets at the gate may use their ticket to gain entry into either the Saturday or Sunday fixture, or collect a refund at the ticket box office at Bready.
