There are two games scheduled in the Long’s Supervalu Premiership on Sunday, with Ardmore hosting Bready

and Strabane entertaining Drummond.

Ardmore v Strabane

The home side trail leaders Coleraine by just two points. So far this has been their best season for many years and in fact some pundits think they could go all the way and lift the title, they have players who are used to winning things.

Strabane are still searching for their first league points. On paper they have a half decent side but to many of them are not producing the goods, they also need a full strength side out every week.

During the tea interval Ardmore will be launching their History of Ardmore Cricket Club book a must read for all cricket fans.

Prediction: Ardmore.

Donemana v Drummond

Ricky Lee Dougherty’s men can now fully concentrate on going all out to win the title as they have secured their usual cup final place. They will be missing Andy McBrine on international duty but they have good replacement.

Drummond have found life tough in the top Division especially not employing an overseas professional. However they are still in with a chance of beating the drop but they need to get a win under their belts this doesn’t look likely at the Holm.

Prediction: Donemana.

Coleraine v Eglinton

Who can stop the Bannsiders in their quest for their successive championship wins? They showed their intention when after losing pro Roshen Silva for four games they went out and secured another overseas pro.

Eglinton are having an excellent season in joint second place in the table. They have been playing some good cricket with Orion Williams having on an excellent run especially with the bat, this is a baig teat for them.

Prediction: Coleraine.

Bready v Brigade

David Scanlon’s side have picked up just two points so far in what has been a disappointing season. They are another side on paper look more than useful but it has not been happening, they will be hoping Craig Young returns sooner than later.

Brigade trail Coleraine by four points and skipper Andy Britton knows that their form in a number of games has not been good enough. However if they click they are as good as anything in the division, they should win this one.

Prediction: Brigade.
