Dromore U15s prepare for Preston trip
The competition is said to be the best Easter youth football event in Europe with teams from as far as Kuwait competing.

Hide AdA squad of 18 players will fly the flag for local football and there are also 15 supporters go along to cheer them on. The excited party will be leaving Banbridge at 5am on Thursday April 1 and returning to Banbridge around 10pm on Monday night.
The competition itself has been designed in group format with the locals drawn against three Scottish teams playing each other once in a league basis. The football kicks off with Dromore having two games on the Friday and the remaining game on Saturday morning.
Once the groups are decided the teams will then play in a shield or cup semi final on Sunday and all being well they will compete in the final on Monday morning.

Hide AdThe club have also put an exciting itinerary together for the party and have arranged ten pin bowling on Friday evening, an excursion to Blackpool pleasure beach on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday they will attend the Sky live premiership match between Everton and West Ham at Goodison Park.
Then on Monday the plan is to end with a tour of Preston North End’s Deepdale Stadium and famous Football Museum before travelling home.
