The past 12 months have also saw the introduction of Monday evenings recreational running group. This has seen a fantastic team spirit develop between its members who regularly organise day trips, events and nights out.
INJURY RECORD
In a sport notorious for injuries Fit N Running most impressive stat is that none of their members are injured. During the last 12 months their Tuesday night advanced group who raced and trained hard all year did so completely injury free with an endless string of personal bests in the process.
The clubs members have bought into the detailed training methods and as a result have achieved their annual goals and avoided injuries along the way.
