Applications welcome for CSAC club grant aid

CRAIGAVON Sports Advisory Council has recently launched their Club Grant Aid Programme for 2013.

They are inviting applications from local voluntary sports clubs seeking financial assistance to support their activities.

Seeding grants are available for newly-formed clubs along with help for the purchase of general team equipment, equipment essential for health and safety purposes, the organisation of courses for young people and building closer school/club links.

Grant aid is also available for individuals who are competing at a high level in their sport.

Individuals may apply for grant aid at anytime of the year.

Portadown 400’ Sports Celebratory grants are also available for Portadown clubs to run an event to celebrate 400 years of Portadown.

Clubs can apply for grant aid during April or May and completed forms must be returned no later than 4.00pm on Friday 31st May 2013 to Anne Benson at Lough Neagh Discovery Centre, Oxford Island National Nature Reserve, LURGAN, Craigavon, BT66 6NJ.
