Ballynure to play McReynolds Cup tie on Saturday
A midweek postponement resulted in Ballynure OB having no match at the weekend.
Explaining, manager Gary Burns said, “On Thursday evening we were scheduled to play Desertmartin in the quarter-final of the McReynolds Cup at Dixon Park, with the winners due to play Rathcoole on Saturday.
“However Thursday’s match failed to take place, so then we were left kicking our heels on Saturday much to everyone’s disappointment,” he added.
The McReynolds Cup tie will go ahead on Saturday at Mallusk.
