cautious of coleraine

Glenavon goalkeeper Alan Blayney who will be looking for another clean sheet at Coleraine.

Manager Gary Hamilton will make one enforced change to the team, Kris Lindsay out through suspension.

“We have players coming back into the reckoning which gives me a headache, but you can’t change the team after a performance like last Saturday.

“The only change will be for Kris Lindsay. We will look at a couple of options after training on Thursday night. The only other changes will be on the bench.

“Hopefully we can go there and follow up the win over Linfield. We will have to work just as hard as we did last week. We can’t allow league positions to perhaps think this will be easier than going to Windsor Park.

“By all accounts Coleraine were very unfortunate last week to lose to Ballymena.

“Our away form is excellent and we want to keep it going. It has been a tough place for us to get a result, we have not won there since I took over so maybe we can put than right on Saturday,” added Hamilton.

Coleraine have yet to win at home this season in the league, but they did hold Portadown to a score ess draw and two weeks ago stunnedchampions Cliftonville at Solitude with a 3-2 success.

Rhys Marshall, Ciaran Martyn, Eoin Bradley, Kyle Neill and William Murphy are all vying for a place on the bench.

Glenavon have shown great character already this season to bounce back after taking a knock - they did it after the Dungannon defeat and again after the Portadown defeat. Just two more positive returns will see the Lurgan Blues finish the first phase of games in a healthy position.
