Fort Hill pupils enjoy football trip

Fort Hill College pupils during their recent football trip to Manchester.

During the half term holidays 42 students and four staff members from Fort Hill College attended a football trip to Manchester.

Students took part in a guided tour of Old Trafford where they could sit in the home changing room at their favourite player’s peg and emerge from the player’s tunnel to the roar of the crowd inside the Theatre of Dreams.

Later in the afternoon the students made their way across the city of Manchester to watch Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur.

Students had excellent seats to view an entertaining game which Tottenham won 2-1. The trip was a success and staff from the Chalon Court Hotel, Manchester United and Ulsterbus were very complimentary of the pupils’ behaviour.
