Jarvis joins injured list

DERRY City host title contenders St Patrick’s Athletic tomorrow night and boss Declan Devine is hoping for a response from his players.

Derry City's Dean Jarvis picked up a knee injury, during Friday night's defeat at Cork City.

The Brandywell men go into the game in front of the Setanta Sports cameras looking to bounce back from Friday night’s 4-1 defeat at Cork City.

As for the visitors they were knocked off top spot by Dundalk, after they had a surprising 1-1 draw with relegation threatened Bohemians.

Devine confirmed that Sean Houston, Thomas Crawley, Kevin Deery and Stewart Greacen continue to miss out, while Dean Jarvis is also extremely doubtful with a knee problem, but on the plus side duo Eoghan Osbourne and Michael Duffy may return.

The City gaffer spoke to Sentinel Sport’s Editor Kevin McLaughlin, ahead of today’s (Monday) training.

Both Drive 105 and Radio Foyle will have full live commentary on the game, starting from 7.30pm.
