Patterson likely to miss out again
Derry City striker Rory Patterson is expected to miss Friday night’s game with UCD (KO 7.45pm)
Last season’s topscorer, who was dropped from the squad which drew 0-0 with Limerick on Monday, seems to have fallen out of favour with boss Roddy Collins and isn’t likely to feature against the Students.
The Brandywell men will have duo Ryan McBride and Danny Ventre again available for selection, but midfield pair Barry Molloy and Barry McNamee are expected to miss out.
