VIDEO: Ferguson relieved to get past Celtic Shield hurdle
Ballymena United boss Glenn Ferguson admitted he was relieved to get past the challenge of Donegal Celtic in the opening round of the County Antrim Shield.
The Sky Blues overcame the opening hurdle in their defence of the trophy thanks to David Cushley’s first half header.
But Ferguson has warned that his team needs to be more clinical in front of goal as they resume their Danske Bank Premiership campaign at home to Warrenpoint this Saturday.
