Lady Captain Noreen hosts successful day at Galgorm

The good weather combined with the course in superb order led to a perfect day of high scoring and hospitality.

In the lady members section, the results were: Overall Winner - Patricia Blaney (40 points); Gross Prize - Debbie McCooke (30 points); Section A Winner - Kerry Dunlop (37 pts), Runner up - June Irvine (37 pts); Section B Winner - Allison Kearney (39 points), Runner up - Jean Bowens (36 pts).

The other prize winners were: Men’s 9-Hole Competition Overall Winner – Malcolm McIlroy (22 pts), Runner up – David Brown (19 pts); Ladies /Guests Overall Winner – Lynda Moss (33 pts); 9-Hole Competition - Ciara Murray (14 pts, BB9 Rosemary Simpson); Longest Drive - Paddy Loughridge; Nearest the Pin – Elaine Fitzsimmons; Front 9 - Jane Shaw (21 pts); Back 9 - Susan McCarroll (20 pts); Past Captain’s Prize - Dorothy Lattimore (37 pts); Committee Prize - Roberta McFarland (36 pts).
