In the second match, Sharon Stewart and Hilary Bradley were disappointed to lose four and three. However, Barbara Hawkins and Bernie McDonald fought back to win the final match four and three, with Bernie chipping in for an impressive birdie two at a par three hole.

Team Captain Janice Wallace was absolutely delighted with the team’s performance and thinks that this result, away from home, gives the team a strong advantage going into the home leg on Sunday.
