Locals come
unstuck in latest round of MUSA

The eighth round of the Mid-Ulster Senior Alliance was played at Spa Golf Club last Monday.

The Banbridge team had been very impressive in the previous two rounds at Omagh and Killymoon and they were hoping to continue their climb up the league table.

Harry Shannon had the best score, 36 points. Peter Hillen was next best with 34 points, followed by Brian Mulholland with 33 points. The fourth counting score came from Bobby Geddis. He was as surprised as anyone that his 29 points counted.
