Jordan guides Moy to crucial win over Cookstown

Moy moved out of the relegation play-off zone and left Cookstown perilously close to the dreaded drop zone with a brilliant victory over the Fr Rocks.

Having lost three league games in a row, including one to fellow relegation strugglers Eskra last week, Moy entered the game knowing that a win was imperative.

HWith the Tir na nÓg having brought in Philip Jordan and Mark Jordan as their new management the move brought immediate dividends.

The Moy challenged was helped in no small way by an excellent performance from Sean Cavanagh, the county star kicking 2-5 from full-forward, as his side swept Cookstown aside.
