Open day at A Team Tennis Club

The event runs from 1-3pm and includes a free BBQ and soft drinks, as well as fun and games on court.

Special membership packages are also available on the day.

Meanwhile, the club has enjoyed a busy summer with successes at many levels.

Highlights of this year included a trip to Barcelona with 24 senior and junior members jetting off to Sanchez-Casal Academia, where Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray both trained.

Back at home, the club participated in various internal and domestic leagues.

Numerous Ulster and Ireland calendar events took place throughout April to August with junior members picking up 15 titles between them at all age levels.

There was also under-14 national representation from Angus Johnston and Eva Lennox, who became an Ulster under-16 champion as well as earning an inter-pro spot on the under-18 team, capping what has been by far the most successful season for the club’s junior section.
