RUGBY: East Antrim clubs return to match action

After a couple of weeks off, Ballyclare RFC return to Qualifying 1 action this weekend with a trip to Instonians.

It’s a crucial game for Mike McKeever’s side and a win at Shaw’s Bridge would see them leapfrog the side which knocked them out of the Junior Cup last month.

Instonians, however, go into the match with good momentum following Saturday’s 19-6 win over Omagh which booked their place in the Junior Cup final.
