The final is to be held at the home of Ulster Rugby, the Kingspan Stadium, Ravenhill.

This is the fourth time Ballymoney fourths have made it to the final over the past 15 years, however the team has always ended runner up, with previous defeats to Ballnahinch, Ards and last year to Malone.

Captain John Waide has played in all four previous finals and this will be his third final as captain of the 4ths team.

He explained: “We again face a strong Malone side in a repeat of last year’s final.

“However, this Ballymoney team has recently been playing great attacking rugby and we are hopeful that we can reverse last year’s result and finally get our hands on that prestigious McCambley trophy.

“There is currently a great buzz of excitement and anticipation around the club.
