Seven Towers club launches new beginners' class for children

Seven Towers Karate Club based in Seven Towers Leisure Centre have announced the start of a new children beginner class.

The class will be in The Minor Hall and the minimum age to participate is 5 years old.

Those interested in learning karate are invited to come along any Wednesday evening at 6.50pm for the 7pm start. The class trains from 7pm until 8pm. No special clothes are needed. A tracksuit or loose fitting trousers and a t/shirt will suffice. The first class is free.

Karate training is excellent for discipline, self – defence ability, to keep fit, meeting new friends and more. Male and female coaches will be in attendance to pass on their experience. The Seven Towers Club is the longest established martial arts club in the Ballymena area. Over the years club members have won Northern Ireland, Irish and British Titles and club members have represented NI at International competitions.
