Six points keep Valley up

Lagan Valley assured they avoid relegation from NIBA Division Five by taking six points away to Moat Park.

At the tenth Jeff Fawcus was 11-8 ahead and he lifted a six and a seven to lead 23-12 at 15 ends before winnng by 11 shots.

Ahead 10-7 at the tenth Wilfie Benson lost five ends to trail 11-15 at 15 ends before going down by six shots.

Brett Kirk was 12-9 up at the tenth but he lost five ends and was 13-17 down at 15 ends before coming back to win by five shots.

Ahead 11-7 at the tenth and 16-15 at 15 ends Jim Kinkead finished strongly to win by five shots.
