Ulster Rugby offer Boot Camps for females in Ballymoney

Ulster Rugby is providing women aged 16+ with the opportunity to get fit with four week bootcamps to be hosted at four local rugby clubs.

The sessions will be hosted at Ballymoney RFC, Co Cavan RFC, Cooke RFC and Malone RFC and will involve rugby based skills and fitness techniques. This is being run as a pilot scheme and if successful, it may rolled out in other areas.

Ballymoney RFC will host a session every Wednesday from 10th September 7-8pm, Kilraughts Road (off Frosses Road), Ballymoney
