I am currently a news and sports journalist for the News Letter, covering stories on both across Northern Ireland.

I hail from Coleraine in Northern Ireland and joined the News Letter in January 2023 in the above position after working for Alpha Newspaper Group as Deputy Head of Digital Content. I have previously written for the Ulster Gazette in Armagh and the Ballymoney Chronicle. I am currently the media officer at Coleraine Football Club which is like another job.

I take a keen interest in writing sports stories such as match reports from football games and previews heading into all the biggest sporting events. In terms of news, I have enjoyed learning more about politics and getting to know people I am interviewing.

Outside office hours you can find me hanging out with my friends, wife or in the gym. In my spare time I love listening to podcasts, watching all different sports or going for a walk or run.
