Diamond Property Maintenance NI moves its headquarters to Lisburn

Diamond Property Maintenance NI (DPMNI) is officially relocating it's head office from the Innovation Factory in Belfast to a new, larger facility in Lisburn, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing regional growth.

DPMNI provides a comprehensive suite of commercial and residential services, including general property maintenance, facilities management, specialist construction and commercial cleaning, and routine building upkeep for clients across Northern Ireland.

The strategic move positions the company to better support its expanding client base with enhanced capacity and faster response times.

"Moving our headquarters to Lisburn gives us the operational foundation we need as we scale up," said Simon Anderson-Crothers, Head of Operations at DPMNI.

"This new space streamlines our day-to-day logistics, allowing us to deploy teams more efficiently and maintain the high standard of service our clients expect. It's a key move for our long-term operational strategy."

Co-owners Christina Rea and Tristan Delaney highlighted the importance of the new location for the company's broader vision.

"Lisburn provides the perfect central hub for our next chapter," said Christina Rea.

"This transition isn't just about extra square footage; it reflects the hard work of our entire team and our commitment to investing directly back into the business to support our growing customer base."
