SoS Causeway Hospital's latest public rally backed by rural campaign group Farmers for Action
A farm campaign body is backing the latest public rally in Coleraine, organised by the SoS Causeway Hospital group.
Farmers for Action is urging the public to attend the public rally which will be held in Coleraine Town Hall on October 24 at 1pm.

As well as supporting the campaign to overturn a proposal to remove Emergency General Surgery (EGS) from Causeway Hospital in Coleraine, the FFA have urged Health Minister Robbie Butler to remove the six current health trusts in Northern Ireland.
In a statement, Farmers for Action called for “top management of NHS immediately to be replaced with a proper management team for all NI hospitals and a proper management team for aftercare”.
The FFA continued, calling on Health Minister Butler and all of Stormont’s MLAs to “cut the waste by approximately £1.5 billion”. Farmers for Action also called for the reinstatement and enhancement of rural hospital services.
