Car thieves tookkeys from table

Car thieves took keys off a Waterside kitchen table and made off with a black Audi, police have stated.

On Thursday morning (February 5) residents of a house at Windridge Drive discovered that their black Audi A4 had been stolen overnight.

Detective Inspector David McQuade said: “It appears that during the night someone gained access to the kitchen and stole the car keys.

“The car has darkened rear windows and ‘sirocco’ alloy wheels and an LFZ registration. The car has not been located since.”

Information can be given on the police non-emergency number, 101.
