Fountain punters and their pets
Macmillan girls Susan, Stefani, Christine, Margaret, Barbara, Pamela and Georgina join Beverley Kyle of the Fountain Bar, Ballymena to launch the hostelry’s new fund-raising calendar.
Each month features a glamorous (not) picture of some of the wonderful wildlife (sorry regulars) from the popular watering hole (OK enough nature references. Ed.) who bravely volunteered, after some pressure from the persuasive Fountain Females, to pose with their plethora of pets.
Beverley, one of the prime movers behind the project added: “The pictures were taken by Ballymena photographer Roderick McKay who provided his services for free and the calendar was printed by Kolor Kopy for a very reasonable fee which we greatly appreciate.”
All funds rom the sale of the calendar, available from the Fountain Bar, will go towards Macmillan Cancer Support. INBT 45-810H
