Sir Knights and brethren worship at Gleno
THERE was a good turnout of visiting Sir Knights and brethren for the annual divine service in Gleno organised by Flower of the Valley RBP 79 and Donald’s Purple Heroes LOL 517.
Led by Killyglen Accordion Band and District Marshall Tommy Marcus, the procession included District Master Paul Gregg, Deputy District Master Tom Morrow, Past District Master David Swann, Imperial Officer Evans Hamilton and Larne District Master Harry Carter.
The service was conducted by Gleno Sir Knight and Bro James Strange, Chaplain of LOL 517, and readings were by Sir Knight and Bros Captain Bryans Woods and James Strange.
The organist was Joy Boyd, wife of David, treasurer of LOL 517 and Past District Master.
