Roadworks programmes in the Ballymena area this week

North Road, Ballymena

There will be a lane closure from the Larne Road Link to Cullybackey Road from 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 10 until 6:00am on Friday, November 13.

The closure is required for resurfacing for DFI Roads.

Delays of up to 5 minutes are expected.

Carniny Road, Ballymena

There will be a lane closure from OS 41 Carniny Road from 9:30am on Tuesday, November 10 until 4:30pm on Friday, November 13.

The closure is required for the installation of new gas service.

Delays of up to 5 minutes are expected.

Larne Road, Ballymena

There will be a continuous lane closure with diversionary measures from the Larne Road Link to the slip road off Pennybridge Roundabout from Monday, November 9 until Friday, November 13.

The closure is required for NI Water works.

Works are planned to start at 8am on Monday, November 9 and completed by 4pm on Friday, November 13.

A diversion will be in place with an alternative route via A0026 Larne Road Link, A0026 Pennybridge Roundabout, and U2211 Larne Road.

Delays of up to 5 minutes are expected.

Gilmore Street, Ballymena

There will be a lane closure from the junction with Larne Street to the junction with Queen Street from 9:30am on Monday, November 9 until 4:30pm on Friday, November 13.

The closure is required for NIE pillar maintenance.

Delays of up to 5 minutes are expected.

Woodside Road, Ballymena

There will be a lane closure from 270m northwest of the junction with Bog Road to 370m northwest of the junction with Bog Road from 9:30am until 4:30pm on Wednesday, November 11.

The closure is required for NIE overhead line work.

Delays of up to 5 minutes are expected.

Cushendall Road, Ballymena

There will be a lane closure from Ballygarvey Road to Killyflugh Road from 9:30am until 4:30pm on Monday, November 9.

The closure is required for fibre installation for customers.

Delays of up to 5 minutes are expected.

Ballynulto Road, Ballymena

There will be a road closure from Rathkeel Road to Ballynulto Road from 8:00am until 6:00pm on Monday, November 9.

The closure is required for the renewal of BT poles.

A diversion will be in place with an alternative route via B0094 Rathkeel Road and C0065 Racavan Road.

Delays of up to 5 minutes are expected.

Whitesides Road, Ballymena

There will be a lane closure from 500m NE of the junction with Nursery Road to 800m NE of the junction with Nursery Road from 9:30am on Monday, November 9 until 4:30pm on Friday, November 13.

The closure is required for the opening of verge and sight splays.

Delays of up to 5 minutes are expected.

Glenravel Road, Ballymena

There will be a lane closure from Dunaghy Wood to 250m past the Mary Queen Of Peace site between 7:00am and 6:00pm until Friday, November 20.

The closure is required for works for Mary Queen Of Peace, Martinstown.
