Atlas Gym lends its support to rising star
ATLAS Gym has thrown its weight behind Zachary Geddis, 2nd Dan KUGB from the Zanshin Shotokan Karate Club as he prepares for the European Shotokan Karate Championships in December.
Mark Dunford, proprietor of Atlas Gym, has offered Zachary one year’s free membership, supplements and training advice. Since Atlas Gym opened Zachary has been training three nights a week under the expertise of owner Mark, who has also been mentoring and advising him on extra supplements required and a diet plan to suit his requirements.
Mark is so keen to support Zachary that he will be travelling with him to Serbia to watch him in action.
This Zachary’s first competition at European level and will be therefore be eligible for the World Championships in 2013.
