Big changes at Eaton Park
NEW Ballymena Rugby Club chairman David Allen has targeted immediate promotion back to Division 1B of the All-Ireland League next season.
Allen succeeded Ray Buchanan as chairman as the club held its AGM last month.
He heads a fresh-looking panel of office-bearers with a number of long-standing officials retiring.
