The Bready bowler secured seven wickets in the innings and 26 run victory for John Bracewell’s men, at Malahide.

However Ed Joyce, who broke Eoin Morgan’s record for the highest innings score by an Irish player as he hit 231 in the game, deservedly picked up the man of the match award.

Ireland collect the 20 maximum points available to join Namibia at the top of the table. Ireland face Namibia in the next round of the competition later in the year.
