Mid-week scores: City topple Sunnyside and Hill Street move into last four

Craigavon City bounced back from Saturday’s defeat to crush Oxford Sunnyside 4-0 on Tuesday night.

There was an excellent win too for Lurgan Town who saw off Seagoe 4-0. The goals came from Andrew Houston, Nathan Crozier, Matt Irvine and Kyle Cousins. Goalkeeper Lee Dickson ensured a clean sheet for the Lurgan side with a fine penalty save.

It was a good night also for Hill Street who kicked off their season with a 3-1 win at Rostrevor Rovers in the quarter-final of the Gerald Kennedy Cup.

Paul Greenaway scored two with Ian Penny also on target.
