Around-A-Pound Tandragee 100 joins forces with Woods Supervalu as 2026 prize fund revealed ahead of famous road race
The Around-A-Pound Tandragee 100 has secured a £13,500 prize fund for the Co Armagh road race, which takes place from June 26-27.
The event has also announced a collaboration with Woods Supervalu Tandragee, with the local retail company joining forces with global energy drinks brand Monster Energy in support of the eagerly anticipated Irish road race next weekend.

Launching the partnership, club member and homegrown road racing prospect Kevin Lavery was joined by Tandragee 100 Event Director Anne Forsythe; Assistant Clerk of the Course Jal Richardson and Philip Woods, owner of Woods Supervalu Tandragee, who is also the sponsor of the Senior Support race.
Woods said he was thrilled to support the event and the local community as the countdown to next weekend’s races gather pace.
“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Monster Energy into the store as we ramp up for the spectacular Tandragee 100,” he said.
“Supporting our community is at the heart of what we do and being able to back the Tandragee 100 while giving our customers access to fantastic competitions and giveaways is a massive win for Tandragee.”
An exclusive Monster Energy competition is in the pipeline in the build-up to the race.
The official Tandragee 100 launch was held last week, when a prize pot of £13,500 was confirmed, with the winner of the feature race on Saturday, June 27 pocketing £1,300.
The line-up so far includes Michael Sweeney, Shaun Anderson, Conor Cummins, Caomhan Canny, Marcus Simpson, Franco Bourne, Barry Furber, Sean Brolly, James Chawke, Liam Chawke, Joe Loughlin, Ryan Whitehall, Neil Kernohan and Joey Thompson.
Manxman Cummins raced at Tandragee last year for the first time in 18 years and is entered again in the Superbike and Supersport classes.
Cummins claimed a podium in the Open Superbike race last year on the Burrows Engineering/RK Racing BMW behind Michel Dunlop and Michael Sweeney and finished fourth in the headline Tandragee 100 race, narrowly losing out on another podium result to Banbridge rider Shaun Anderson.
Anderson, also fresh from competing at the TT, will return to support his home event this month, while Republic of Ireland rider Michael Sweeney will be the rider to beat based on the current official entry list.
Sweeney gave Dunlop a run for his money on the MJR BMW in 2025 and the experienced Skerries man sets a high benchmark.
Roads close next Friday from 11am to 9pm at the latest, and from 9:30am on Saturday, June 27, reopening no later than 7pm.
