Portrush eye treble glory
Having already won the Sussex Regiment Cup on New Year’s Day and at the top of the Senior 2 table with three games remaining, it looks like a potential treble season for Portrush!
The team has a real balance of young and experienced players with Graeme Christie, Philip Linton and Andy Christie all under the age of 18 and a good stem of players in their early 20’s being well mentored by the more senior players.

With Coach David Price, providing the discipline and strong organisation to the team, that has proved so effective throughout the season, all the players are firmly trusting in him and want to better themselves to prove to him that they deserve a starting spot in the team.
This match on Saturday in Ballycastle is one of the biggest matches of the season for Portrush and with the prospect of a treble, the team would love to see a big support down in the Quay Road Playing Fields, Ballycastle.
If anyone has a free afternoon this Saturday, your support would be really appreciated by the whole time as they aim to make it a really historic season for the club. The match will begin at 2.30pm.
