Valentine’s babies melt hearts at the Ulster Hospital’s maternity unit
Love was definitely in the air at the Maternity Unit in the Ulster Hospital, as several adorable babies arrived just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Families were overjoyed to welcome their little ones just hours before the most romantic day of the year.
Dundonald Mum, Stephanie Parker celebrated the arrival of her gorgeous baby boy, Noah, who has an extra-special Valentine’s connection. Stephanie said: “I am thrilled Noah was born in the lead up to Valentine’s Day, as I thought he might be a bit late.
"It is a special day for us as both his Daddy and myself met on Valentine’s Day so we feel like we have come full circle.”

First-time parents Julia Robinson and Kristoffer Stewart described the birth of their beautiful baby boy, Lochlann, as overwhelming in the most wonderful way.
“We are both so overjoyed, we could not be more in love with Lochlann,” said Julia. “The last few days have all been a bit of a blur. The Team in the Ulster Hospital has just been amazing and I have been so well looked after.”
Sarah Doogan and James Edwards were over the moon following the birth of their baby girl, Fiadh.

A beaming Sarah said: “We are delighted our baby girl Fiadh has arrived in time for Valentine’s Day.
"She has been a dream so far and this is just the perfect moment!”
South Eastern Trust, Interim Lead Midwife, Sarah McKevitt, congratulated all the parents and commented: It has been a privilege for our Team to care for these families and to share in such joyful, memorable moments.”
