Causeway Coast and Glens restaurant named in list of Best Sunday Roasts in the UK
There are few meals more comforting than a classic Sunday roast – and a Causeway Coast and Glens restaurant has been named as one of the best in the UK!
Crispy roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire puddings, seasonal vegetables, perfectly cooked meat and rich gravy – it’s the kind of meal that turns an ordinary Sunday into something worth looking forward to.

Everyone claims their local Sunday roast is the best, but now global travel site Big 7 Travel has officially released its annual list of The 25 Best Sunday Roasts in the UK.
And, the Bushmills Inn on the north coast has made the list!
Big 7 Travel said: “This historic inn, which dates back to the 17th century, is set against the backdrop of the Giant’s Causeway and is easily one of the best Sunday dinners in Northern Ireland.
"With four exceptional meats on offer (roast turkey breast, honey-glazed ham, roast rib of beef and apricot-stuffed pork loin), choosing just one can be a challenge – but there’s no need to worry about that, because diners can choose up to three meats to enjoy as part of their Sunday roast.
"Naturally, they are all served with all the trimmings, and a particular standout is the cauliflower mornay. They even offer a children’s option for those under 10 who want to enjoy a Sunday roast, too.”
The only other Northern Ireland eaterie to make the list is the Morning Star in Belfast: “Locally-sourced beef, lamb and chicken are the meat offerings, while a filling parsnip and cranberry pie is the current seasonal vegan and vegetarian option.”
