Twenty-six-year-old motorist hit wall of hotel in Maghera, court told
A District Judge has ordered a short pre-sentence report in the case of a Co Antrim motorist who was said by her defence counsel to have hit the wall of a hotel at Maghera.
Judge Conor Heaney adjourned the case to November 11 for the 26-year old to attend court to have the case dealt with.
Megan Aiken, of Lyndhurst Park, Belfast, is charged with driving without due care and attention, driving while disqualified and having no insurance at Main Street, Maghera, on March 6.
Her counsel said the defendant has drug issues and was driving her boyfriend’s car at the time of the incident.

He said she would be entering pleas to all matters before the court, and that she has been engaging with probation earlier this year and was six months into a probation order.
Judge Heaney said he would like the defendant to be in attendance and ordered an updated report.
