The Ramada Hotel in Portrush, has been sold for above its £2.75m asking price to the City of Derry Hotel Ltd.

Located on Main Street, the hotel comprises 69 en-suite bedrooms with bar and restaurant, conference/banqueting rooms and car parking.

Brendan Duddy, chairman of City of Derry Hotel Ltd, said: “There is no doubt that NI is in the midst of very exciting times in terms of tourism. We have seen a notable uptake of space in the North West region, which gave us the confidence to invest in the Ramada, Portrush.
