Planners given notice of plans for garden centre and retail unit at Coleraine's Riverside Retail Park
Planners have been given notice that an application for a garden centre and retail/restaurant units at Coleraine’s Riverside Retail Park is to be submitted.
A Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) was submitted to Causeway Coast and Glens Council by Magmel (Ballymena) Limited.
The poposal description is for the “erection of one retail unit with an external garden centre and up to two additional retail and/or restaurant units (providing a maximum of three units in total), together with an associated servicing area, reconfiguration of existing car parking arrangements, landscaping and all associated site works”.
The applicant is to hold a public information event about the planning application at Coleraine West Community Centre, 40 The Rope Walk, Coleraine. BT51 3BT, on December 3 at 3pm.
A website is to be set up at www.riversideretailconsultation.com on November 26 for at least 28 days. A consultation phone line and project email address ([email protected]) will also be made available at a later date.
