Ballymena man breached Sexual Offences Prevention Order
A sex offender failed to notify police of a change of address and he also breached a Sexual Offences Preventions Order (SOPO) by staying overnight elsewhere.
Michael James Boyd (45), with an address listed as Crebilly Road in Ballymena, committed offences in November last year and February this year.
On Thursday, Ballymena Magistrates Court was told he had been given a SOPO after previously being sentenced at Dungannon Crown Court in March 2025.
For the breach offences he was put on Probation for 18 months with several conditions.
