Co Antrim motorist with 'full beams on' admits driving without due care and attention
A motorist who had driven up close behind a vehicle with his "full beams on," has admitted driving without due care and attention.
The 36-year-old had been on the Steeple Road, Antrim, at 6.30pm on January 25 this year.
A prosecutor told Antrim Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena on Tuesday (September 8), that a woman was driving her car with her daughter in the passenger seat and that a "vehicle had driven up behind her, leaving only a car length gap, keeping their high beam on".

The magistrates court was told that the woman "had tried to alert the car behind him that full beams were on due to the proximity of the vehicle behind her and her restricted vision from the full beam. That was without success".
The defendant, Christopher Orr, with an address listed as Craigstown Road, Moorfields, was given three penalty points and was also fined £100.
