Man denies stealing engine oil belonging to PSNI
A 39-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to stealing engine oil belonging to the PSNI.
He appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court on Wednesday accused of committing the alleged theft last year.
Craig Warren, whose address was given as PSNI, Magherafelt, is accused of stealing the oil valued £10.65 on July 27.
District Judge Conor Heaney was told by defence counsel that there were five witnesses in the case and two can be agreed.
He adjourned the case until May 27 to fix a date for a contest.
