One act success for Finvoy YFC

On Monday, May 25, Finvoy YFC members produced their one act play '˜whose line was it anyway' in Ballymoney High School.

After a tense wait, the results were revealed on Friday, May 6 in Tullyglass Hotel at the annual YFCU Drama Dinner.

Finvoy were awarded 1st place overall for their production of the play. Best producers went to Karena Shaw and Stephanie Fulton recognising their hard work and skill in producing the production.

Also on the night of the awards club members Charlotte Taylor and Rachel Campbell were presented with a merit each for their acting skills.

The club would like to thank Karena, Stephanie and club members on all their hard work over the past few months. It has not gone unrecognised.

A Big Breakfast is being held by Finvoy YFC to raise funds for an automated defibrillator for their Finvoy church hall. The event will take place on Saturday, May 21st at 9:30-12noon and is £5 per person! Everyone welcome.

Meanwhile Club member Julie Young came first in the 18-21 age group in the NI finals of floral art. She also came first at balmoral show. Picture online!

A Country and Western Concert in aid of NI Chest, Heart and Stroke will be held in Dunluce School on Monday, May 23 at 7.30pm. Admission is £10, everyone welcome.

Topp Lottery

The winning numbers in this week’s Topp Orange Hall Building Fund lottery were 22, 29 and 35.

There was no winner so next week’s jackpot stands at £450.
