Snooker teams from across East Antrim converged on Ballyclare Golf Club last weekend for the Larne and District League awards.

Raymond Weir, who plays for The Point, was the big winner on the night after he was named Player of the Year.

Latharna’s Billy Millar won the McKay Trophy. Millar’s team also picked up the League Cup.

Ballylumford were presented with the Billy Phillips Shield, while Q-Club’s Neil McKelvey collected the Open Individual trophy.

Ballyclare Old Boys got their hands on the St Comgall’s Shield and Carrick ‘B’ player Glen Gibney took home the Handicap Cup. Colin Wilson, of Q-Club, was runner-up to Gibney.

Andrew Lilley also walked away with silverware, in the form of the Knockout Cup.
